Great news, Sapphire Autos is now an authorised & registered user of the Official Mercedes Benz Digital Service Book.

This means that our customers can now get even more value for money when they have their vehicle serviced with us. But first exactly what is a Digital Service Book?

The Digital Service Book, also know as Digital Service Report, was first introduced by Mercedes Benz in 2007 to electronically store the servicing history of vehicles therefore ensuring that your service history is kept-up-to date. By storing the service records online, it meant that any Mercedes Benz dealership could quickly access all your vehicle servicing details without the need to look at your service manual.

DSB was initially introduced to all E class and CLS 2008 models but is now used across the entire Mercedes range of new cars.

So how does this benefit our customers?
Sapphire Autos is now a registered user of the DSB service which means that we have full access to your vehicles history and warranty details. It also means that we can update your DSB so that you won’t be missing any service stamps.

And because the Digital Service Book cannot be tampered with, you have peace of mind that when you come to sell your car you can provide an accurate timeline along with mileage of the work carried out. If you ever lose your DSB print out, we can easily re-print this for you from the central database.
